      Responsibilities & Context

      • Candidate is responsible for effective management of project fund as per approved activity plan and budget.
      • Will ensure full compliance of donor’s financial policies and guidelines as applicable and keep close liaison with them. S/he will ensure proper and transparent accounting system is in place.
      • Ensure procurement of goods and services.
      • Ensure effective management of project fund as per activity plan and budget·

      • Ensure to maintain necessary financial documents such as vouchers petty cash, Bank book, ledgers according to the guideline.
      • Ensure that all cost must be reasonable, allocable and allowable for the fund management.
      • Prepare plan to send petty cash to person and reimbursement of vouchers on certain interval.
      • Prepare monthly and quarterly work plans in accordance with the finance overall operational plan.
      • Execute the current govt. Tax and VAT policies.
      • Ensure supportive supervision as per need·
      • Prepare fund allocation on certain interval and disbursement of fund.

      Responsibilities & Context

      • Design and execute a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework that aligns with project goals, donor requirements to effectively track progress and impact.

      • Collect, analyses, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to assess project performance and outcomes.

      • Conduct regular field visits to verify data accuracy, evaluate the quality of activities, and gather real-time feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders.

      • Ensure that all M&E activities are inclusive and participatory, particularly addressing the needs of marginalized groups, such as women, vulnerable populations, and other disadvantaged communities.

      • Prepare timely M&E reports that provide detailed insights into project progress, key outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned.

      • Maintain a well-organized and efficient data management system that ensures accurate recording, storage, and easy accessibility of all M&E data for reporting and analysis.

      • Organize workshops, and reflection sessions with project staff, partners, and stakeholders to review M&E findings, share experiences, and identify areas for improvement in project strategies.

      • Provide technical support and training to project staff and partners on M&E tools, methodologies, and processes to build their capacity in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

      • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to adapt project strategies and activities based on monitoring results and evaluation findings, ensuring a process of continuous improvement

      • Oversee the work of Upazila Coordinators, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their tasks effectively.
